The Logic System 40 chassis provides farmers with a low ground pressure option for their tractor-sized equipment. Existing spreaders and sprayers are simply bolted on the unique cross-member of this universal chassis. Adjustable height and wheel track ensures the machinery operates at the correct settings. The top link of the three-point linkage on the implement is attached to the A-frame support on the System 40 chassis. Implements which normally require attachment to a PTO gain their power from the 5.5 hp engine (reverse drive with centrifugal clutch option available), to which the PTO shaft is connected. The equipment is securely supported with the weight directly over the axle for maximum stability - particularly important where heavy/liquid loads are involved. Kits are available to allow remote control of the implement. Where rough ground may be encountered, the tandem axle version provides additional stability. Equipment can be quickly remounted for tractor use in just a few minutes.
Gamekeeping applications
System 40 allows keepers to get onto the land early in the year or when conditions would be far too soft for a tractor. For spreading or spraying the System 40 makes the most out of an existing ATV. The offsettable draw bar option, combined with the System 40 adjustable wheel track enables the equipment to take advantage of tramlines and together with the low ground pressure of the equipment; this ensures crops are not significantly damaged by the equipment. The road legal option makes the System 40 a boon for keepers from large estates or for contractors.
Product features
The System 40 chassis is a simple idea, superbly executed. The standard unit has an adjustable axle track width, adjustable equipment platform height, a raise/lower handle and flotation wheels and a 5.5hp engine with PTO type interface. If reverse drive is required (necessary for some models of equipment) this can be specified upon ordering. A braked version of the single-axle System 40 is available which enables a road legal version to be specified. For rougher conditions and for extra stability, a tandem axle can be chosen. Should additional equipment cross-members be required, these are available, as is an equipment lifter for additional ease when transferring equipment.
